LDR 10mm
LDR 10mm (Light Dependent Resistor / Photoresistor)
LDR 10mm (Light Dependent Resistor / Photoresistor) The 10mm LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) is a light-sensitive resistor whose resistance changes according to the intensity of ambient light. It is widely used in automatic lighting systems, Arduino projects, robotics, and light detection circuits. As the light intensity increases, the resistance decreases; in darkness, the resistance increases significantly. Typical 10 mm CdS LDRs have a dark resistance in the megaohm range and a light resistance of around 10–20 kΩ at 10 lux, though exact values vary by model. Features 10mm sensing surface for improved light detection High sensitivity to ambient light Fast response to changing light levels Low power consumption Through-hole design for easy soldering Suitable for analog light sensing circuits Compatible with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, and other microcontrollers
