Product Introduction: The infrared obstacle-avoidance sensor boasts strong adaptability to ambient lighting and high precision. It features a pair of infrared emitting and receiving diodes: the emitter emits infrared light at a specific frequency, and when this beam encounters an obstacle (a reflective surface) in its detection path, the reflected light is captured by the receiver, triggering the indicator LED to illuminate. After signal processing within the circuit, a digital output is sent through the signal-output interface. The detection range can be adjusted via a potentiometer knob. Thanks to its wide operating voltage range, the sensor maintains stable performance even under significant power-supply fluctuations, making it suitable for use with various microcontrollers, Arduino boards, and other platforms.
